Atelier collectif avec maximum 14 jeunes. Le cadre bienveillant et respectueux est garanti toute la séance. Des exercices sont proposés pour travailler la voix, la confiance et l'estime de soi, l'écoute, la gestion du regard de l'autre...

Amener le jeune à prendre conscience de sa posture, de son image, sortir de sa zone de confort, interroger ses fonctionnements, comprendre les mécanismes de la communication, de la relation à l'autre, identifier les axes d'amélioration à mettre en place.

Le jeune se met en scène à partir de jeux et d'outils théâtraux, de travail de groupe, en duo, en solo.
